Assisting investors with purchasing a property in a strata complex does have a few more moving parts than a normal investment property purchase. We found Empire Real Estate extremely professional and prompt with assisting our clients’ requirements. Empire was the Strata Manager and the Property Manager. Our client was so impressed, they retained their services to assist with Managing the investment property.

Have had nothing but a great experience with Empire. Our rental property that we are in changed hands over to Empire at the start of the year and it's been so great since the move. Ryan, who is the property manager who we deal with is absolutely amazing. So friendly and also accommodating for any issues we have had and nothing is too big a job for him. It's really nice to have someone helpful and with a cheerful disposition when you are a tenant. Everything is also dealt with efficiently and professionally from the whole team.

Best agents and very reliable services. We have a really good experience with Empire and the agents. Very professional and fast efficient actions. We had some maintaince requested which were taken care on the same day with the agents trying to do as much possible to solve the issues ASAP. Even our property manager came to our property to help us which is very rare for property agents to come to a property to help. We’ve dealt with a few property management companies over the years as both tenant and landlord, and would not hesitate to recommend Empire to all our family and friends. They have been consistently reliable, professional, helpful and go above and beyond. They always follow up and speak up for the tenant when we have missed an email or forgotten to follow something up on our end. They are reasonably priced; I would happily pay far more for their outstanding services. They handle everything for us, we barely have to think about the property. We’ve had our investment property with them since 2013 and have never once had an issue with them. That’s a pretty impressive feat!

We moved to Empire Estate Agents from another long-term strata management company after a decline in their service of us as a Council of Owners and our properties and we are very glad we did.
