The whole experience, from signing the contract papers to the settlement, was very professional but, most importantly, very caring and supportive. It can be a stressful time selling or buying, but with Alex and Denise, the process was great they were always available to talk through the process and keep me up to date with what was happening. My House sold within the first week. Denise, my seller has a great personality and was very proactive as she was taking people through the house before it was listed. We’ve dealt with Alex twice now. Our first home loan, which was our first home, Alex went through hell and back to help us. This time it was much more smooth sailing.
