The team is so invested to deliver the best customer experience for their clients that they managed to set up their customer portal and online selections in record time and continue to update the information for their clients. The team at La Vida Homes are innovative, experienced and genuinely love building homes. They are a great team to work with.

We have just moved in to our beautiful house that has been built in 10 months. Unbelievable pace considering current building market but La Vida proved they keep their promises! From that very first phone call when we were “just shopping around”, through assistance in getting loan sorted and then all build related stuff, we felt like we are well looked after and we are dealing with so much more than just a builder. La Vida Homes is a team that is like a family and makes you feel like you are a part of it too. La Vida is undeniably the BEST Perth builder! Not only is their customer service absolutely incredible, they are such a lovely group of people to work with. My entire building process was so smooth, the team was super professional, communication was great and they genuinely have a passion for what they do. Could not recommend them enough!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share something positive ✨We are currently building with First Homes with Damo the Tradie and La Vida Homes and no complaints what so ever, we have had the best communication, and updates for every stage! It’s currently 4 Months since slab down and we are currently up to walls and ceilings which is almost complete! The time line of tasks are going amazingly fast!Lavida homes has an amazing portal also that you can play around with before pre start and have a look at your ideas come to life with there amazing 3D homes, on this portal they also update with the forecast of upcoming tasks (saves alot of time and gas when wanting to drive round to view the progress)The friendly staff at Lavida homes also so fast at answering questions so if your looking at building I would 100 percent recommend Lavida homes ✨

We are in the final stages of our build (almost handover time, yay) and La Vida have been nothing short of excellent. We were apprehensive going with a newer Perth company, but Damo our sales expert really outlaid absolutely everything and left no stone unturned! Everything has been super fast from finance approval, and way quicker than current Perth build times!! They are super helpful, honest and go above and beyond to ensure their client's happiness. I'd recommend everyone to build with La Vida if I could! Can't wait to be in our new home!

I’m a first home owner, and I highly recommend La Vida. They are honest, genuine, and dedicated to their clients. Ben was transparent of all hidden costs from the get go. This was a refreshing change from larger builders who often withhold this information unless prompted. So if you’re inexperienced with building, sticking with these guys will make planning easier and avoid unexpected costs down the line.
