For what reason they are closing existing barfield road & diverting through their estate. Diversion will be from school (school zone) which will slow down cars & push to create traffic. Longer route to freeway.Dirty politics playing

Best parks and landscaping, not just swings and mulch on verges. Clearly a higher standard than other projects in the area. Plus, you can walk to the Hammond Park Secondary College.

The family is very excited about building our dream home in Vivente. Richard Noble have produced a beautiful estate and we can't wait to move in.It is no secret that the housing industry is doing it tough at the moment and the banks have been more than a handful (throw in Covid 19 too), however, Richard Noble were very understanding and patient with us the whole way through and were a pleasure to deal with. We couldn't fault them.

I personally don't find places that start with lowercase letters (despite being a person, place or thing) especially appealing. Each to their own, however.
