Joeanne has helped me do several property inspections (quite a few as complimentary service). What really makes her amazing to work with on inspections is:- She is prompt in her response and always shares the rental appraisal in a very professional document instead of just saying out a number. She also always gives property valuation report- Her videos are very professionally made. Seems like she has done a rehearsal before making them- Her commentary along with videos make me really feel like some property expert is holding me through for a walk- Most importantly along with commentary, the insight she provides, what a renter would like, what may need replacement, what may need building inspector to check, etc. makes it really feels I have a business partner who is fully engaged with me- She is equally passionate in her voice while making the video as me in all the inspectionsWas an amazing experience working with her. Since I just only signed the property. Will be working now to sign her team as my PM.

Rented for 39 years and this Real Estate Agency has to be the worst of them all!They not only don't care for the tenants but they also don't care for the owners...When we moved into the property, there were over 70 bricks in the front yard, just piled... we removed them ourselves...We are on a low laying property, rain exposed several buried bricks in our front yard. My 77 year old partner tripped on a brick crossing the front yard and sadly, catapulted through the front window. Lucky for him, he only received 3 serious wounds to his body and head.... Blessed Be, as he could have died.Asking Re/Max to replace the window, they refused to pay for the window damage... We will be taking this to court and WILL WIN!Upon moving into this home 460 per week... We had to repair 2 doors with graffitti on them and repaint.No flyscreens, were told they would be replaced a year ago.Complained about an 1980's oven that has caught fire twice and a bathroom cabinet door that is hanging off ... etc. etc.Our gutters are full and they don't care, when raining there is a waterfall pouring from the gutters.We pay 180- every 6 weeks to upkeep our pool, however the real estate will not bide by the law and provide us with valid pool cleaning equipment.The R/E cannot tell us where the pool light switch is, or the backyard lights switch. Therefore we cannot use the pool in the evenings.Re/Max did not remove junk from the rear of the property, so we cannot mow or use this property.The rear shed is half full of property and we have requested that this and junk on the property be removed however to not avail.If you are considering renting through RE/MAX Southern Stars...
